By the process of heating, melting, extruding, curing, foaming and forming, the LDPE granule is changed to tick, tube, U type, V type and fruit net. The finished sheets are noise and heat insulation, cushion protection, friction avoid, water, decay and moisture resistance, good elasticity, etc.. They are also can be used to produce all kinds of packing and filling materials by coating or laminating which are widely used for packing electronic product, glass, porcelain, furniture, commodity, etc. as well as pad of bag/box, floor-pad, sport-pad and heat preservation layer of refrigerator.

Meanwhile, electronic weighing system and material level control system assures the density of the foamed material, which make the bead uniform and keep the density tolerance within ±2.8%.
